How will I earn money?The LEAP compensation plan is called a "4 by 7 forced matrix."When you purchase a LEAP subscription, you will be entered into the LEAP matrix, which means that you can have four sales across your first level and you are paid seven levels deep. What is a Matrix?Following is a diagram of the first two levels of your matrix. You are always at the top of your own matrix. Your first level consists of four sales; your second level contains 16 sales. Each subsequent level equals the previous level multiplied by four. Therefore, the next level in this diagram would hold 64 sales. For the levels below this continues like this: 4 Sales 16 Sales 64 Sales etc. LEAP pays $1.00 in commission for each active sale in your matrix every month! Your 4 x 7 matrix has the capacity to hold 21,844 sales! An active sale is defined as someone who has purchased a subscription, renewed an existing subscription, or has made a subscription sale during the previous month. Each calendar month is a commission period. Checks are mailed no later than the 15th day of the month for the previous month's commissions. Many companies pay commissions up to 60 days in arrears. With LEAP, you'll never wait more than 15 days to be paid on your monthly sales! The compensation table below gives a visual representation of your earning potential.
